Privacy Policy

This policy covers udanvita.com, ojasfy.com, ojasvira.com, and scribe.ojasvira.com. We aim to describe what we actually do, not what a template says we should say — if something below ever stops being accurate, we will correct it.

1. What We Collect on the Marketing Sites

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless analytics service. It records aggregated page-view statistics without personal identifiers and does not set tracking cookies — no cookie consent banner is shown because none is required for this kind of analytics.

If you email us or use a contact form, we retain that correspondence to respond to you and for our own records. We do not sell or share this data with third parties for marketing purposes.

2. Ojasvira Scribe — Specific Data Handling

Scribe is currently a technology preview, not a finished clinical product. Please read this section carefully before using it:

  • Do not enter real patient data. Scribe's current preview does not implement the full data-protection controls (Swiss nDSG / EU GDPR) required for real clinical use. Use sample or anonymized content only.
  • Audio you record is sent to Google's Gemini API for transcription and note generation. This is a real data flow to a third-party processor — we are not yet running this on our own infrastructure, and we want that stated plainly rather than implied to be otherwise.
  • Audio and generated notes are not stored by us — processing happens in memory and the results are discarded server-side once returned to your browser. Nothing is saved to a database.
  • No account or patient identifiers are required or requested by the preview.
  • We do not use anything you submit to Scribe to train our own models. We cannot make representations on Google's behalf about their own model-training practices for API traffic; consult Google's own API terms if this matters to you.

3. Your Rights

Under Swiss and EU data protection law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you (in practice, this is limited to correspondence you've sent us, since we do not otherwise retain personal data). Contact contact@udanvita.com for any such request.

4. Changes to This Policy

We will update this page as our products and practices evolve — most notably as Scribe moves from preview toward a compliant production configuration. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
